Curious about what a Chamber of Commerce actually does?
A Chamber of Commerce is like a secret society for businesses, without the secrecy!
It’s an organisation that brings local businesses together to promote economic growth, provide resources, perform grassroots lobbying and create a sense of community.
Imagine having access to a network of like-minded entrepreneurs, and experts who can help you navigate the treacherous waters of running a business. Joining a Chamber of Commerce can open doors to new opportunities, partnerships, and valuable insights that can take your business to the next level.

LOBBYING
We lobbied hard for businesses suffering real hardship during the pandemic. Continuing this with big issues such as changes to Monnow Street and Placemaking.

We have also made Members voices heard over issues that affect our Town.
INFORMATION
We sought out information on grants funding and everything Covid
related to help our members. Taking part in regular 'Business resilience meetings' with local government.
We still provide unparalleled support, and consultation to the membership.
SUPPORTING
During the Covid Pandemic, we implemented an ‘Honesty’ scheme and offer provision of a payment plan.
