Carnival Day June 2021
Chair of Monmouth Chamber; Sherren McCabe-Finlayson said "It was an honour to be invited to judge the costume parade entries for Monmouth Carnival 2021"
Prizes were awarded by Sherren and mayor of Monmouth, Terry Christopher.
Sherren and Chamber Secretary, David Evans organised Monmouth Carnival for 11 years during the 1990's.
